On July 21st, I made the decision to give up alcohol; at the time, I didn't set a goal for how long. I was 217 lbs when I made this decision, and I was unhealthier and less confident than I had ever been. That decision led me to do 75 Hard, which has since changed my relationship with my diet and exercise. It's also made me a reader, helped me become more consistent with social media and take it more seriously, and so much more. In addition to posting my weight loss journey on social media, I work a corporate job full-time. I recently transitioned from my hybrid schedule (getting two work from home days) to five days in office. I decided to do 75 Hard again before the transition happened, which I completed in early September. After finishing 75 Hard, I decided to take a small break before starting the next stage of the LIVEHARD Program... Which brings me to today's video! I decided to start Stage 2:Phase 1 on Saturday, October 11th. This will have me finishing the 30 day phase before my wedding anniversary on 11/11. After having two weeks to adjust to the full-time in office schedule, and because I have multiple PTO days I need to use before the end of the year, I figured this would be the perfect time to begin the next stage of the LIVEHARD journey.
