On July 21st, I made the decision to give up alcohol; at the time, I didn't set a goal for how long. I was 217 lbs when I made this decision, and I was unhealthier and less confident than I had ever been. That decision led me to do 75 Hard, which has since changed my relationship with my diet and exercise. It's also made me a reader, helped me become more consistent with social media and take it more seriously, and so much more. In addition to posting my weight loss journey on social media, I work a corporate job full-time. Later this month I will be transitioning from my hybrid schedule (getting two work from home days) to five days in office. I decided to do 75 Hard again before the transition happens, which I completed last week. Now I am transitioning back to "normal" life post-75 Hard. I plan to continue my journey of weight loss and self-improvement and look forward to taking you all along with me.
