Sculpt & Burn: 25-Min Dumbbell Strength + Cardio Tabata

This 25-minute workout combines strength and cardio (Tabata-style) for a full-body burn! Grab a pair of dumbbells (3-8 lbs) & let's do it. (I'm using 3lbs here because of my shoulder injury, but these moves are pretty basic so up your intensity by adding some weight with your dumbbells!) 🔹 Format: ✅ Block 1: Strength Combos (Dumbbells: 3-8 lbs) – 8 exercises, 30 sec each, no repeats ✅ Block 2: Cardio Tabata – 8 intense cardio exercises, 20 sec work / 10 sec recovery, no repeats ✅ Block 3: Strength Floor (including abs) – 10 floor exercises, 30 sec each, no repeats, no equipment needed ✅ Block 4: Cardio Tabata – 8 new cardio exercises, 20 sec work / 10 sec recovery, no repeats ⚡ No warm-up included, so be sure to warm up beforehand or take the first block at an easier pace.
