40-Min Full Body Tabata HIIT | Strength + Cardio Intervals w/ Dumbbells

Get ready for a 40-minute Full Body Tabata HIIT workout combining strength with dumbbells, cardio, and core. We're working through 7 Tabata blocks, alternating between strength and cardio to keep your heart rate up while building strength and coordination. 🔥 Format Blocks 1–6 Each block includes: • 1 Strength exercise (dumbbells) • 1 Cardio exercise We alternate between them for all 8 rounds. Each new block brings 2 completely new exercises, so things stay interesting from start to finish. Block 7 We're taking it to the floor for: • 2 alternating ab/core exercises • 8 rounds total What is Tabata? Tabata is a HIIT format made up of: ⏱ 20 seconds of work 😮‍💨 10 seconds recovery Repeated for 8 rounds to create a 4-minute block. The goal is to work hard during those 20 seconds—but always at your version of 100%. ✔️ Warm up included ✔️ Cool down & stretch included ✔️ Light dumbbells (I'm using 5 lb dumbbells) ✔️ Just a little bit of space needed Some of these combinations may take a round or two to click.
