Butter Swim Jalapeño, Garlic, & Cheese Biscuits

Butter swim biscuit recipe: Melt one stick of butter in an 8 x 8 dish or 10 inch dutch oven 2 1/2 cups of all purpose flour 4 teaspoons baking powder 4 teaspoons sugar 1 teaspoon salt Mix together well 1 3/4 buttermilk 1 cup of cheese of your choice 2 garlic cloves minced 1 seeded and chopped jalapeño Mix together with dry ingredients and pour batter over melted butter in 8 x 8 dish. Cut Square biscuits with a spatula. bake at 450 for 30 minutes or until not doughy.
