Peach Cobbler

Dutch Oven Peach Cobbler Filling: 3 large cans of peaches drained 1 cup sugar 1 tablespoon cinnamon Dash of nutmeg 1 tablespoon corn starch Topping: 1 cup all purpose flour 1 cup sugar I tablespoon baking powder 1 teaspoon salt 1 egg beaten 1 sick cold butter Mix the filling together add to greased 12” Dutch oven or 13 x 9 casserole dish if baking in conventional oven For topping add dry ingredients together then beaten egg then cold butter. Blend with Pastry cutter or fork and put topping on filling and do not stir. Bake for 40 minutes at 375.
