Tartelettes citron revisitées façon Amaury Guichon

I really wanted to try a "vertical" tartlet, Amaury Guichon style. I really like his creations. To keep things simple, I first tried lemon meringue tartlets. In this recipe, I made a sweet almond pastry with a lemon insert and a meringue decoration.
