From Injury to Hope… Can I Still Run London? Will I finish last?! | Week 13 Training

🏃‍♂️ After a couple of weeks of doubt, setbacks, and physio visits… this week changed everything. Week 13 of my London Marathon training has been a turning point. Three physio appointments later and I’m finally running pain free again 🙌 — and for the first time in a while, completing London in just 3 weeks actually feels possible. But there’s still one big fear lurking in the background… 👉 My start wave is only 20 minutes before the final wave 👉 Which means there’s a real chance I could be near the back… or even last 😬 In this vlog, I take you through: ~ My first 2 proper pain-free runs in weeks ~ A surprisingly pacy midweek run ~ A steady 6 mile weekend run building confidence ~ We received our official London Marathon start wave email 📩 And honestly… that’s when it all suddenly felt VERY real. Time now to stay injury-free and get me to that finish line 🏁 — even if it means digging deep at the end and walking to the finish. 💬 Let me know in the comments: Have you ever worried about finishing last in a race?
