🚀 I finally ran PAIN FREE again… and honestly, I didn’t expect it to feel like this! After weeks of struggling with injury during my London Marathon training, I managed 3 very gentle miles today… completely pain free. 🔥Was it the planned 18 miles? No. 🔥Did it matter? Not one bit.
