Along the Loire, they also make good cheese! Especially in Sancerre, renowned for its wine and its goat cheese. We met Julia, a breeder and producer in Ménétréol-sous-Sancerre. Not only is she a formidable woman (mother of three children and 105 goats, managing all of this on her own), but she's also one of the few goat breeders to practice grazing.
