Isn't it wonderful to eat a light dessert? Today I'll show you how to make a super creamy cheesecake with just 5 ingredients. This recipe is foolproof, so I encourage you to turn on the oven and follow the step-by-step instructions in the tutorial! Here's the written recipe: For the cheesecake: 150g egg 400g light cream cheese 20g monk fruit (you can adjust the amount to your liking) 15g cornstarch 200g unsweetened Greek yogurt Mix all the ingredients and process until smooth. Pour into an 18-20cm springform pan lined with parchment paper and bake at 200°C (390°F) for 25 minutes. Cool and refrigerate overnight. The next day, unmold and decorate with homemade compote (recipe below) or your favorite jam. Optionally, add fresh strawberries and blackberries. For the compote: 300g mixed berries Stevia to taste 1 lemon Place the mixed berries in a saucepan and cook over low heat until the fruit is soft and the compote has thickened.
