Ingredients: 300 grams chicken 100 grams shrimp 1 carrot, grated 1 stalk spring onion, sliced 4 cloves garlic, minced A little nutmeg powder ½ teaspoon ground pepper Salt, sugar, and stock powder to taste Tapioca flour to taste 2 eggs Method: Mince and grind the chicken and shrimp using a pestle. Mix with the carrot, spring onion, garlic, spices, and tapioca flour. Stir until well combined. Make a crust from the egg mixture, a little tapioca, salt, and pepper. Smoothly spread the mixture over the crust, then roll it up and wrap it in a banana leaf. Steam for approximately 20 minutes until cooked through.
