Please scroll down for English description. 這視頻有中文繁體字幕 这视频有中文简体字幕 數星期前做過一次湯種方包,非常成功很好吃,又再做一次,其中一個加上芝麻,令到款式有些改變。 材料 高筋麵粉500g 鹽10g 糖20g 乾酵母8g 牛奶160g 雞蛋1隻 蛋白1隻 無鹽牛油20g 煮食油10g 芝麻4茶匙 湯種: 高筋麵粉50g 水250g 蛋醬: 蛋黃1隻 牛奶2茶匙 糖1茶匙 I made Tangzhong bread loaf a few weeks ago, it was very successful and delicious, so made it again, adding sesame seeds to one of them, which changed the style a bit.
