Especially for older adults, muscle atrophy can occur if muscles are not used, leading to poor physical condition and pain. This video demonstrates eight types of upper limb strength training. It evenly trains the upper body, improving posture and reducing pain. It also includes warm-up exercises, so you can easily use it at home or at a day care center. This channel is recommended for those who feel like their regular exercise routine isn't enough, or for those who want to try something new! The bands used in this video are Therabands. There are a wide variety of rubber bands (with varying strengths), and although they're made of rubber, they're durable and easy to use, so I recommend them!
