Hi! Can the Ninja Woodfire 8-in-1 handle a 1.2kg beef joint? After my first attempt at smoking pork, I’m back with a "Smoked Beef" challenge—and this time, I’m using the tips you left in my comments! Instead of topping up the pellets constantly, I’m letting the oven do its job. We’re smoking for the first two hours using the Ninja "Robust Blend" pellets, then wrapping it in a "foil bubble" for the rest of the cook to keep those juices in.
