Welcome to our rustic home! 🌿 Today, with the help of Grandma and Rose, we completed the process of making "Kalag" (traditional oak bread) after three days of hard work. We soaked the oak dough early in the morning, and once the water was drained, we kneaded it until it was ready to be shaped and dried under the sun. ☀️ Afterward, I went to the nearby fields to forage for fresh wild flowers and mountain herbs to prepare natural, soothing herbal teas.
