Welcome to our rural home. Today, the Father of Rose helped harvest fresh chickpeas from the village field. We are the caretakers of this house, and Rose and Grandma brought him lunch as usual. After the farm work, they returned home together. For the afternoon snack, Grandma cooked a traditional Iranian dish called Kalleh Joosh, made over an open fire with local doogh, garlic, and wild mountain mint.
