My Snatch Warm Up | 10 minutes of my pre-snatch routine

INSTAGRAM:   / yazmin.stevens   So here is what I do every time I start with snatches in my workouts. Yes, The first part is usually the same whether I have Snatches, Squats, Cleans...anything really. However you'll see I go into a more specific Snatch based warm up towards the end. All this usually takes around 10 minutes on a warm day, probably double time as it starts getting colder! I understand this looks basic, and super simple- but it is ESSENTIAL in getting your movement properly warmed up before your workouts. Every stretch/movement is thought out and being used specifically to warm up a particular part of my snatch.
