Karipap Pusing | Tepung beras menambah kerapuhan karipap, tak perlu guna shortening.

Hari ini Sue's Kitchen kongsikan step by step atau langkah demi langkah cara membuat karipap pusing berinti daging. Karipap pusing yang saya kongsikan ini menggunakan tepung gandum dan juga campuran tepung beras didalam doh, , ianya menghasilkan doh yang amat lembut dan rapuh, teksturnya hampir sama dengan paf pastri. Lembut dan rangup hingga seharian. #karipappusing #resepikaripappusing #spiralcurrypuffrecipe #spiralcurrypuff Bahan - bahan : (Bahan untuk Doh / kulit luar) 1 kg tepung gandum (All purpose flour) 4 camb marjerin ( dicairkan) Air dicampur dengan garam dan ketulan air batu atau pun ais. Bahan untuk Doh kuning / kulit dalam) 500 gm tepung beras ( Rice flour) 10 camb. Marjerin / planta dicairkan Air dicampur dengan garam dan ketulan ais Minyak untuk menggoreng. Bahan - bahan untuk inti karipap : 6 biji kentang direbus hingga empuk ( kemudian dipotong dadu) 5 atau 6 bawang besar ( dipotong dadu kecil) 6 camb rempah kari dicampur sedikit air 2 keping daging kisar 3 tangkai daun kari Setangkai daun sup Minyak untuk menumis Tak perlu guna daun sup jika hendak karipap frozen yang tahan lama. Kebiasaannya yang gunakan daun sup boleh bertahan seminggu untuk frozen. Tanpa daun sup inti bertahan lebih lama.
