Heat the oil in a large nonstick pan. Clean the onions, slice them thinly, and sauté them in the pan over low heat, adding the herbs. Deglaze with white wine for about 15-20 minutes. Next, add the liver slices. Cook for a few minutes on each side. Be careful, this cooking phase must be quick, no more than 5 minutes.
