How to Build a Body That Makes the Brain Feel Clear: A Deep Felt-Sense Method

In this video, I talk about a deep felt-sense method for making the brain feel clearer through the body. This is not a breathing technique, posture correction, or a method for entering a special meditative state. The basic approach is to lie on your back, preferably with no pillow or a very low pillow, and gently observe the deep sensation behind the solar plexus, around the diaphragm. From there, the method explores a subtle vertical felt-sense axis: downward toward the perineum, and upward toward the back of the eyes. The goal is not to force anything, create strong sensations, or control the breath. Instead, the purpose is to discover what feels slightly more comfortable, slightly quieter, and slightly clearer from deep inside the body. In daily life, tension often accumulates through ordinary actions like looking at screens, thinking, working, talking, sitting, and reacting to the environment. This method uses a lying-down position to reduce unnecessary holding patterns and gradually become familiar with a deeper, more comfortable bodily baseline. Once a comfortable felt sense is discovered, it can subtly carry over into daily life. That becomes a new baseline, from which the next layer of comfort can be discovered. The key is not to try too hard. It is a discovery-based process: continue without forcing, keep looking for what feels quietly better, and allow the body to become clearer over time.
