I often get asked, "What helped you decide between gastric bypass and sleeve gastrectomy?" I actually had a really hard time and enormous difficulty deciding on a method during my preparation for the surgery. Right up until the end, I was unsure whether I should opt for a sleeve gastrectomy or a gastric bypass. And since I know that many of you feel exactly the same way, I want to tell you today about my personal decision-making process and why I ultimately chose gastric bypass.
