This video is going to get very personal. 🧡 Exactly one year ago, I had gastric sleeve surgery in Frankfurt-Sachsenhausen. From 206 kg in 2019, I entered the clinic on December 9th, 2024, weighing just over 186 kg, and I've now dropped to 130.3 kg – 56 kg less since the surgery and a total weight loss of over 75 kg. It's a completely new life and a completely new mindset. ...
