🏏 Midweek T20 cricket under the setting sun at Ropley, as we took on Ultra Clean CC in a game that slowly turned into a race against the light. After winning the toss, we chose to bat first and posted 141-5, building steadily before accelerating late with wickets in hand and licence to swing. With the light disappearing quickly, both sides agreed to reduce the match to 16 overs per innings… and Ultra Clean looked well ahead of the rate for much of the chase. But once a couple of big wickets fell, the momentum shifted hard. Tight bowling, late wickets, and a proper tense finish under a fading sky.
