PB&J = Better Communication??

Take 4 ingredients: bread, peanut butter, jelly, knife; add a classroom full of college students studying Quality; sprinkle in a goofy instructor and what do you get? NOT a very good sandwich! I tasked my Quality class to articulate a set of instructions to make a Peanut Butter & Jelly sandwich using those 4 ingredients. I purposefully seek alternative meanings to their instructions and the result is both inedible and at times dangerous!
