Spaghetti with Mullet Butáriga Hi everyone 🤗🤗🤗 Today I'm topping my spaghetti with Mullet Butáriga. Butáriga, Italianized as bottarga, is a very special product. Made with mullet or tuna roe that is salted and cured. Used in many recipes or as an appetizer accompanied by vegetables. Here I'm using it for a quick spaghetti dish. Ingredients for 200g spaghetti 1 whole mullet bottarga (70/100g) 1 sprig of parsley 2 cloves of garlic Extra virgin olive oil Preparation Chop the parsley Crush the garlic Grate the bottarga and slice it Method 👨🏻‍🍳 In a large pan, I heat a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. I sauté the unpeeled garlic and parsley stalks. Then, I let the oil cool. After boiling the spaghetti, I add it to the pan with the cooking water. Stir well, then add the grated bottarga and chopped parsley. Stir and serve. I garnish with more grated and sliced ​​bottarga. The amount is to your liking.
