Tych 9 ryb NIE JEDZ, bo szkodzą i 13, które wzmocnią zdrowie | Dr Bartek Kulczyński

Are fish healthy? Generally speaking: yes. However, there are two main groups of fish: some are more beneficial to health, others less so, because they contain fewer beneficial compounds and more contaminants. Therefore, in this video, I list healthy fish that are worth eating regularly, and less healthy fish that contain more contaminants. These should be avoided. When considering the topic of "fish and health," it's important to consider nutritional value and contaminant levels. It's worth knowing that eating fish every day isn't necessary to reap its health benefits. Two or three times a week is enough.
