Gottlose Butternudeln mit @Laura_Larsson und Nilsanz in Parchim

A year ago, I made smoothies with @LauraLarsson67 (link below), and ever since, we've been wanting to cook the buttered noodles together that I made for Laura ten years ago when we shared an apartment. Since Laura isn't much of a cook, and Nils loves to cook, I'm showing him how it's done today. I drove to Parchim for this, because that's where they live again now. Laura and I grew up there, and it was a bit nostalgic and absolutely lovely. ... Smoothies with Laura:    • Smoothie Mania mit @Laura_Larsson | Was is...   Don't miss any videos and subscribe to my channel:    / @wasissthanna   Ingredients: Serves 4: 6 celery stalks 300 g cold butter 600 ml stock (chicken or vegetable) 500 g tagliatelle 1 lemon Preparation: 1. Reduce the stock by half in a small saucepan over medium heat. Wash the celery and dice it. 2. Cut the butter into cubes and then gradually blend it into the stock with an immersion blender until a smooth, creamy sauce forms. 3. Sauté the celery in a pan with a little olive oil. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted water until al dente. Drain, reserving some of the pasta water, and return the tagliatelle to the pot. Mix with the stock and stir gently over low heat until the pasta has absorbed the sauce. Add a little pasta water if needed. Then stir in the celery.
