First, put the rice in a bowl and add 1 tablespoon of salt. Then fill the bowl with water and stir. Let the rice soak while you prepare everything else. 2. Dice the onion, cut the carrots into small strips, and finally, cut the meat into large chunks. 3. Heat some oil in a pan, then brown the meat. Make space in the center of the pan and add the onions.
