Indigo Buntings, Scarlet Tanager Pool Hog + Splash & Dash Eastern Phoebe and Red-eyed Vireo

The return of Cranky Pants! lol. Do any of y'all remember the grumpy male Summer Tanager that always chased the other birds out of the pool? The Summer Tanagers seem to be behaving themselves this year, but there's a female Scarlet Tanager who is a total pool hog. It will be interesting to see if she continues this behavior, or if she settles down a bit. A few other birds did manage to get in some pool time, including two really gorgeous Indigo Buntings. And our sweet little junior Titmouse managed to wait patiently enough to get in a bath after the Tanager left. After things cleared out a bit, there was some fun splash and go silliness with an Eastern Phoebe and Red-eyed Vireo. Thanks for watching! Stay safe out there and I'll see you next week!
