The owner, who originally worked at a famous curry restaurant in Jimbocho, has always loved ramen, not only eating it on the go, but also making it at home. Hearing that he had been researching ramen for eight years before opening Ramen 3000, I felt like I had a glimpse into the secret to its delicious flavor. The noodles are also homemade. Apparently, this was the first time they'd tried using a noodle machine since launching the restaurant, and it was initially quite challenging.
