A new easy method to making everyone's favourite breakfast! Crispy flaky croissants!

Flaky, buttery, and filled with rich chocolate—today we're making the ultimate chocolate croissants from scratch! Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned baker, I’ll walk you through every step to get that perfect golden crunch and gooey centre. Let’s get started! ( •̯́ ₃ •̯̀) Instead of the usual butter block, I made the recipe simpler and more easier by smearing the butter directly where I wanted it! Watch the video for more information :D 🗣️Before we begin, happy baking to everyone across the world! 🗣️ ──── ୨୧ ──── Ingredients ──── ୨୧ ──── ❤︎ 250g bread flour ❤︎ 25g white sugar ❤︎ 10g butter, room temp ❤︎ 5g salt ❤︎ 4g dry yeast ❤︎ 2 bars of dark chocolate ❤︎ 150g water, lukewarm ❤︎ Preheat the oven to 200C or 392F and bake for 10 minutes, then reduce the heat to 355F or 190C and bake for another 10 minutes or til golden. ❤︎ Important tips: ❤︎ Please keep your butter bendable but cold before folding into the dough. ❤︎ Please maintain a cold internal room temperature. ❤︎ If the butter or dough begin to soften and reach warmer temperatures, cover your dough with plastic wrap and freeze for 15 minutes. ❤︎ Ask me any questions down below and I can help make this challenging recipe a lot more easier for you!!
