However, doubts persist about the effectiveness of these oversight processes. In this interview with Sonar Informativo, we spoke with Michel Figueroa, Executive Director of Chile Transparente, who demystifies the real impact of these reviews: "Of all the findings, no more than 10% will have a specific legal consequence (...) 90% result in improvements to management processes."
