Greenpeace pide investigar posible nueva arista de corrupción vinculada al proyecto Dominga
Greenpeace Chile, along with lawyer Mauricio Daza, filed a criminal complaint in the Dominga case, an action that was deemed admissible by the Seventh Guarantee Court of Santiago. The legal action seeks to clarify potential crimes of aggravated bribery and disclosure of secrets, following the revelation of payments exceeding 255 million pesos to the law firm Lagos, Vargas & Silber, linked to the "Belarusian Doll" case, by the mining company Andes Iron. On Línea Uno, we spoke with Matías Asún, director of Greenpeace Chile, and Mauricio Daza, a criminal lawyer, to delve deeper into the complaint filed with the court. Regarding this potential new legal avenue, Daza stated that it is crucial to clarify whether any illicit activity occurred in the context of the Dominga project's processing.
