Dunkelweiss (Dark Wheat Beer) Recipe & Tasting

#dunkelweiss #recipe #homebrew #wheatbeer #allgrain My first attempt at a Dunkelweiss dark wheat beer all grain recipe, I went slightly off piste from the style guidelines and missed most of my numbers on brewday but it still came out tasting pretty good (to my palette at least!). Its a very rich bready caramel base with banana and a touch of spice from the yeast. Cheers!
