Mainline Steam Trust's Christchurch Depot (HD)

Today Mainline Steam's Christchurch depot manager Lindsay Challis gives us a tour around the trust's south island base for running their excursions. The depot is located in the industrial area of Middleton in west Christchurch. We take a look at the operational steam locomotives and the sole survivor of the Kb class, number 968. Plus a quick look at the overhaul of ex-KiwiRail AO class carriages and also the diesel shunter fleet.
