This video I take you through for a first look at the third of 3 classic old villas that are about to be demolished. They were all built around 1910 and are being replaced by you guessed it......new "Development". All 3 of these homes are not even close to needing to be demolished and would be envy of most home buyers looking to have a classic old home to restore and update. These homes are all known as symmetrical style villas and all share the same floor plans although the back lean to`s have all had various touches as those sections all get added and tinkered with after the homes are built. As usual there is nice vanity and wardrobes left behind and more old features distinct to these vintage homes which stand the test of time.
