Abandoned- 1910 house stuck in limbo! Cellar/furniture and more nice old features

This house I found while driving back from another old place in the same area. It was built in 1910 and is a classic old symmetrical style sandstone and red brick cottage which is very common in this suburb and I have included some photos of surrounding homes of the same style from real estate pics. I was able to speak with 2 people out the front of the place one being an elderly neighbor and she said she knows the owners and they had plans to restore it, they seemed to have started but have never returned for over a year now. There is still furniture and other things that have been shifted from other rooms left behind and I also found the kitchen cellar which is another feature of old homes of this age. Hopefully the owners work out what is happening to this place before the vandals really get to it. Thanks for watching :-)
