This huge Victorian Villa became the Fullarton Private Hospital/Full History

What is happening house lover's and explorers! Todays episode I first go through the history of this old late Victorian villa which was built circa 1880. Formerly situated on Fullarton road Parkside it later became the Fullarton Private Hospital but had several earlier and notable owners and occupants. It was a huge magnificent villa which had ties to the medical profession from 1925 onwards. So come on an adventure around this facility with me as I dodge workmen and admire the old features left in place while nutting out how the hospital was adapted around the villa. The hospital and villa were demolished in early 2021 to make way for a high density living building which I show the stages undertaken in the outro.
