The truth NO ONE shows you on social media... 💔 In this video, I take you unfiltered into my FIRST PEAK WEEK, the most important peak week of my life before finally stepping on STAGE as a BIKINI athlete. Not everything is as perfect as it seems on Instagram, and in this logbook, I've decided to lay myself bare, sharing moments of intense gratitude, but also the heavy anxiety, the emotional breakdowns that forced me to take refuge in the woods, and the frustration when MEAL PREPs don't go as planned and make you feel like you're not doing what you're supposed to. I'll explain in detail the entire technical and scientific strategy behind these crucial days, from daily monitoring on an empty stomach with my coach to drastic fluid management, where dropping to 5 LITERS OF WATER a day becomes a real restriction for my body. I'll show you how I approach BUFFER workouts to avoid stressing my muscles, the strategic reduction in daily steps to 8,000 despite my busy job as a gym instructor, and the sensational final recharge where I managed to eat a whopping 380g of CARBS on my rest day. We'll experience the countdown together, starting on Wednesday, July 1st, until my departure for Milan on Friday, between the anxiety of forgetting my TAN in my suitcase and the indescribable excitement of the hotel. There's also room for pure joy with the unboxing of my dream bikini, the official makeup test with my best friend, and the final preparations before the big day.
