【進化する和菓子】宝石のようなお菓子が作られる「鉱物ヲカシ」の制作現場に密着!
**Koubutsu Wokashi**, the signature creation of **Harapecolab**, a creative studio based in Fukuoka. We filmed the process of traditional **kohakutou**, made from sugar and agar, gradually taking the form of beautiful mineral-inspired confections. Layer by layer, translucent colors are added before each piece is carefully cut by hand. The angle, shape, and blend of colors make every piece one of a kind. Held up to the light, they shimmer like real minerals. With the first bite, the outside is crisp while the inside remains soft. A confection that brings together the beauty of its appearance and the unique texture of **kohakutou**. We hope you enjoy watching the beautiful craftsmanship behind *Koubutsu Wokashi* until the very end. Thank you for watching. *Harapecolab* Online Shop https://harapecolab.com/
