This practice is taken from let it Yoga, my online Yoga school. A lesson dedicated to finding softness in movements and consequently in thoughts. Every day we live immersed in the rigidity of what we have to do, we have to be, we are slaves to the expectations of others and those towards ourselves, for this reason our body becomes stiff. When we work on softness, fluidity and kindness on the mat, we send the nervous system the signal that our muscles are relaxed, consequently the organism will stop placing itself in an attitude of protection and will begin to live in a more natural way allowing the correct functioning of the internal organs. When "the world is too small for you", when you feel suffocated by expectations and pressures, softening the body and creating space will help you face the challenges of every day in a more fluid and natural way allowing you to transform adversity into great opportunities for growth.
