CHEZ ERWAN FAIT DES PAUPIETTES

I set out to make tripe, and I found myself tying up paupiettes, playing with foil, carving a beef leg, and enjoying a ham on the bone... You'll have guessed, we're not at a greengrocer's 😂 but at my friends Fany and Alexandre's at the Cosperec butcher's shop in Langonnet. We had a great time together discovering the world of butchery and the quality of the products.
