I promised it to you, friends, so here it is! 🎥 This star-studded video is thanks to an invitation from my friend Nicolas Adam, the Michelin-starred chef of La Vielle Tour restaurant in Plérin, near Saint-Brieuc. Today I'm playing assistant and trying my best to help Nicolas prepare a surf and turf recipe with exceptional ingredients: veal trotters from my friend Eric Le Bourrais 🐮, black pudding from Michelin-starred Chef Christian Parra 🐷, and a magnificent turbot from the fishmonger Les Filets D'Erquy 🐟.
