RULE 22: USE OF RECORDING DEVICES & CELL PHONES Parties participating in remote proceedings and persons viewing live streams of such proceedings are reminded of the prohibition against photographing, recording, and rebroadcasting court proceedings. Uniform Superior Court Rule 22(C)-(D). Any recording of a court proceeding held by video or teleconference, including “screen-shots” or other visual copying is prohibited absent prior approval of the judge presiding over the proceeding.
