Next up is news about a fire. A major fire broke out at a Coupang logistics center in Incheon. Due to the large volume of flammable household goods, the flames have not yet been brought under control. A national fire mobilization order has been issued, mobilizing firefighting resources from five cities and provinces. Reporter Choi Hye-rim reports. [Report] Black smoke billows ceaselessly from the rooftop of the building. Although firefighters continuously spray water, the flames intensify as the outer wall crumbles away. The fire broke out around 7 a.m. today (the 18th) on the 6th floor of the Coupang logistics center in Seohae-gu, Incheon. Most of the items stored on that floor were flammable household goods. Although about nine hours have passed since the fire started, black smoke continues to spread from the logistics center visible in the background. While there were no casualties as approximately 120 employees evacuated on their own, one firefighter was taken to the hospital after inhaling smoke while fighting the fire. The fire authorities issued Level 1 and Level 2 response orders in succession, and at 3:15 PM, issued a "National Fire Mobilization Order" to support firefighting forces from five cities and provinces. It smelled bad."] With the logistics center's single floor alone covering 33,000 square meters (10,000 pyeong), and the fire spreading from the 6th floor to other levels, firefighting efforts are being prolonged.
