This soup is made in only one pot and requires no blender! It all starts with onions, garlic and ginger that are first sautéed in a saucepan until soft. SHAKARKANDI NOODLES AUR CHANE KA SOUP • In Hot Pot Add- 2 to 3 tbsp Sesame Oil 2 tsp Desi Ghee 1 tsp Shahi Cumin Seeds ½ tsp Nutmeg Powder 1 tbsp Chopped Ginger 1 Sweet Potato Julienne 1 cup Boiled Chickpeas Mix well • Then Add- Rock Salt to taste ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder ¼ tsp Cinnamon Powder 1 tsp Dry Mango Powder ¾ tsp Red Chili Powder 1 cup Water Mix well • In Pot Add- 1 Chopped Tomato ½ Tomato Puree 2 to 3 cup Water a pinch of Saffron Cook for 10-15 minutes • For Presentation: Garnish with lemon and Ginger Slices, Chickpeas, Nutmeg Powder.
