Add salt to taste, a pinch of Asafoetida and ½ tsp Red Chili Powder. Mix well • In plate add 2 tsp Rice Flour and coat Bitter Gourd in Rice Flour • In hot oil fry coated Bitter Gourd till crispy. Add remain Rice Flour add 2-3 tbsp water and add in curry and cook until boil • For Presentation: Pour curry in bowl and keep crispy Bitter Gourd Chips and sprinkle Red Chili Powder.
