Tom is 3 and a half months away from toeing the line at Ultra Trail du Mont Blanc - one of the toughest ultra events in the world to win. We joined Tom for a hilly threshold workout in his hometown of Loughborough 5 days after completing 63km in the Wings for Life World Run. The workout: 3 x 4km (2.5mi) (approx) with 3-4min jogging recovery.
