Erntezeit bei Elisabeet: Knackige Zuckererbsen, Grasmulch-Hacks & ein Wiedersehen nach 36 Jahren
Hello everyone, so glad you're back! ☀️🧺 Today, Elisabeet's heart is simply overflowing with gratitude. Thanks to grass mulch, the garden weathered the heat beautifully, and after the much-needed rain, everything is growing wonderfully. Elisabeet feels incredibly blessed – grateful for the harvest, for healthy bones, and for life itself. Here's what you can expect today: Garden Bliss: Valuable tips for harvesting strawberries and sugar snap peas, as well as simple, natural trellises. 🍓🫛 Goosebump Moment: An emotional reunion after 36 years with intern Olla and the purple apron from back then. 💜 From the Kitchen: An ice-cold elderflower punch, a quick sugar snap pea rice stir-fry, a fresh salad, and strawberries with coconut cream (all vegan!). 🍧 "Where you sow with true care and love, something good always comes back. It's a law of nature." ✨ To wrap things up, here's a beautiful poem. Thanks to Julius behind the camera and to all of you for your continued support! Even though videos will now be released more or less once a month – we're still going strong. What have you harvested this year? Please share it with Elisabeet in the comments! 👇 Lots of love!
